Three individuals lost their lives and 15 others were injured in a tragic fire that broke out at three hotels near Patna railway station on Thursday. The fire originated at Hotel Pal and later spread to Hotel Amit and neighboring buildings.
Among the casualties, one body was found at Hotel Pal, while a mother and daughter were discovered in Hotel Amit.
The fire department official mentioned that the number of people injured or killed might increase. The fire destroyed a number of vehicles, such as cars, motorcycles, and auto-rickshaws, as it quickly spread due to the strong winds. It took about seven to eight fire trucks working for over two hours to finally bring the fire under control.
Fire Incident 1: Firefighters swiftly responded to a fire outbreak and are actively dousing the flames. The operation is currently ongoing.
Fire Incident 2: Tragic news as a 70-year-old man lost his life due to burn injuries resulting from a fire at a grocery shop in Mumbai. The incident occurred at a row tenement in Jai Bhavani Nagar, Antop Hill, at 11.54 pm on Wednesday.
Pannalal Vaishya, the victim, was found trapped on the upper section of the shop during a fire incident. Witnesses informed the fire brigade that two cylinder blasts had occurred on the upper floor before their arrival.
The fire was mainly contained to the electric wiring, household items, and groceries on both floors of the building.The fire brigade managed to extinguish the blaze in just 20 minutes. Unfortunately, despite efforts to rescue him, Vaishya was declared deceased upon arrival at Sion Hospital due to severe burn injuries.
The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
