Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at Congress MP Rahul Gandhi during a rally in Maharashtra’s Nanded. He suggested that Gandhi might struggle to gather enough support in Wayanad, Kerala, and joked that he would “run away” from the seat just like he did in Amethi in 2019. The situation is getting tense for Congress’ young leaders in Wayanad as well. The prince and his team are eagerly waiting for the voting day on April 26. Following his escape from Amethi, one can assume that he may also leave Wayanad.”
“Gandhi is running for re-election in Wayanad under the Congress party. Last time in 2019, he also ran in Amethi but lost to Smriti Irani, while securing a win in Wayanad.
At a recent rally, the Prime Minister questioned the coalition of opposition parties, asking who their main leader would be after the elections.”
